Dear Church on the March, donors and ministry partners,

please understand that the information that has been shared with you in no way aligns with the sentiments of Ted Lindwall, the Church on the March Board of Directors, or the Lindwall families.

Therefore, the purpose of this letter is to share details of the decisions of Ted Lindwall, the Church on the March Board of Directors, and the Lindwall families pertaining to the ministry Church on the March as a 501c3 organization for the year 2024 and into the future. It is our fervent prayer, that you will understand the prayers and hours we’ve spent on the details with the heart-felt desire to
Honor the Lord God as our primary Director and CEE – “Chief Executive of Everything”
Honor the memory and follow the directions of Ted and Sue Lindwall
Honor and protect the name and visions and ministries of Church on the March and
Honor, and thank you, our donors and ministry partners.
Dissolution May 2024:
Ted Lindwall died after a 35 day struggle with several physical illnesses on April 2, 2024. Ted explicitly refused to leave us with a written succession plan, but he made his desires clear. Until those last days he was as clear headed as you remember him and still full of ideas and dreams to spread the gospel into the future! Oh how we all loved and revered him!
The Directors of Church on the March decided that the best course of action and one that would spread the gospel through Ted Lindwall’s ministry materials even further and faster across the world, was to dissolve Church on the March and to turn any remaining assets into the hands of Texas Baptists for future ministry efforts. We worked tirelessly since his death with a Consultant, bookkeeping, CPA, and Law Team specializing in non-profit organization law to ensure we dotted every “i” and crossed every “t”.
Ted and the Board have been working with Texas Baptists for Philippi Prison Ministries and in other efforts for many years and they have been staunch supporters of that work alongside us. Our friends, Garry and Kathy Eudy, of Volunteer Baptists International have been ministry partners for over 30 years with Ted and Sue Lindwall and have built their organization VBI alongside Church on the March for over 20 years from the earliest years when they were just a dream! The remaining members of the Church on the March Board of Directors and the Lindwall family have utmost confidence that these two organizations will continue to honor Ted Lindwall and his God-given visions and calling into the future with even more expertise and much further to reach more people than we did on our own!
